Frequently Asked Questions
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about my Models and working processes like "Whats your turn around time?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I contact?".
My commission queue is managed using Trello. It helps me organize ongoing projects and their progress, while also serving as a reference for clients to check my availability.
I prioritize commissions at the top of the queue and work my way down. Completed commissions are moved to the bottom. Each month, I open new slots once the current month's queue is filled.
Securing a slot on the waitlist is crucial because it guarantees the opportunity to request a commission, regardless of my availability. As slots ahead are completed or canceled, your commission moves closer to being actively worked on.
At the end of each month, I archive completed slots and fulfill remaining orders before proceeding to the next month's queue. Find my current Waitlist Here
While this all depends on the specific 3D model at hand, I typically follow this working process;
-Communicate with Potential Client over what Model(s) they would like to purchase.
-Organize Payment method & give Client Pricing, then gather References and information on the details of the model (including things like art style, variations, and so on) from Client.
-Post Payment begin workflow process which can go the following way, or potentially skip a few steps depending on the detail/requests of the model and if my Client is having me add-on to or edit their own models.
1) Sculpt, Retopo & Model, UV Layout, Texture, Rig, Detail Rig, Test Pose & Send to Client
Estimated TAT for a fully detailed, realistic but Low-Poly model that has full rig & textures would be a two weeks time(varies per commission and how big the changes will be). Estimated TAT for a Low-Poly nearly voxel or block-like model with simple Rig & textures would be 4 days(varies per commission and how big the changes will be.
Yes! I actually prefer visuals over descriptions. Below are the different references I accept, from most needed/wanted to least necessary:
2D Model Sheet including references from different views, Clean Line-art & Flat-color.
Image collage of similar(or exact) models, creatures, and art. Collage must circle/arrow/point out and specify what of each image is related to the model(i.e " The shape of this deer's horns, with the head from this dragon art").
Inspo. Boards which include images but specify nothing as to specifics. Inspo. Boards are used to get the overarching visual aesthetic, feel/vibe of the model and its style.
Written descriptions. Using only written descriptions will cost extra because I am having to take time away from making the model to find accurate visual references.
This depends on the items purchased but the most common file formats used are .fbx, .obj, .blend, and more. Both .obj, and .fbx can be directly imported into studio with no extra work.
I require a deposit to begin work. This deposit is typically 50% of the initial total given to my Client.
For example, if your total came out to 20 US Dollars, then paying me the equivalent of 10 US Dollars would be enough to begin my work.
My only limitations are within the Roblox Engine. All of my models are optimized for the Roblox Studio Engine when someone commissions a model specifically for Roblox. This includes the Tri Count limitations, texture limitations, and so on. So, in theory you can request whatever you'd like, while keeping in mind any minor alterations are for the benefit of your game and its playerbase.
For the most part, no.
I do not offer coding or script-work commission or assistance, but if there is something I know how to integrate I am available to point you to someone who can help, a Youtube tutorial, or give a small description of the steps.
All Clients receive a Commercial Use License. This means that all of my clients are allowed to use the model in commercial endeavors where they can gain monetization or some form of profit from using my model. Whether that be in a game, advertisement, it will not matter.
The rights my clients do not receive are: Full Use, Full IP Rights. The model will still be mine. In the end, everyone who has purchased a model from me must credit me as the Owner/Creator of the model itself. If any of my Clients want to change the model, they need to contact me and ask if it is allowed. I am decently lenient on changes as long as they are reasonable(things like adding variations, different eye colors- those sort of things would be totally fine).
I do not wish for my models to be used for things I do not condone. These can be NSFW uses, hate crimes, and such.

My Clients receive numerous updates in the form of screenshots, and descriptions throughout each stage of the workflow process. Clients are updated of any delays prior, and often asked for their opinion on the current progress.
You will receive countless screenshots, videos(if rigged/animated), and messages updating you on the entire process of your model. You will also be able to see the current stage using my Commission Tracker.
I can provide short video tutorials alongside Roblox Staff Documentation reviewing the specific procedures on importing and editing settings on import for your model.
Most commonly I use Blender. However, I also have access to industry leading software like ZBrush, Substance Designer/Painter/Sampler, Marvelous Designer, and more.
There are additional fees for large edits, and none for small edits unless there is a numerous amount of small edits.
Aside from Edits during the working process, prior to purchase you can find my prices which include the add-ons like rigging etcetera on my "Comm Info." page. That page includes all the base additional fees.
